As our Reception Lead, a key responsibility will be taking the initiative to review registration errors made by front desk staff and providing coaching to correct issues at the source. With strong communication skills, you will clearly explain proper registration protocols to reinforce understanding and prevent future mistakes that can significantly impact our bottom line. Tact and patience will be instrumental as you balance individual coaching with meeting larger practice objectives.
